1. How should I care for my serving ware?
All of Burdette Ironworks servingware have a food safe wax making them the perfect vessel to serve your favorite foods in! After each use just wipe clean & dry. Your handcrafted vessel is NOT dishwasher safe! Harsh cleaners as well as acidic foods will tarnish the finish. If your vessel does start lose it’s tarnish after excessive use, please call (717-816-94620 or e-mail (Info@BurdetteIronworks.com) us & we can instruct you on how to restore it
2. Is my item safe to put or use outdoors?
Burdette Ironworks provides no guarantee against rusting, corrosion, or staining of items. Prevention of rusting, corrosion, and or staining depends on exposure to elements like moisture, salts, cleaning chemicals, lack of periodic maintenance, or UV ray breakdown of the finish which is out of Burdette Ironworks hands post installation or delivery of product.
3. What is the lead time for personalized items?
Our Personalized Items typically ship in 5-10 business days. Please let us know if you need to have the item by a specific deadline and we will try to accommodate your request.
